Our policy

Many internet users with disabilities find websites difficult or even impossible to use simply because of the way they are built. We work passionately to provide services and products that are helpful to all our customers and their customer in turn. Navigating this website

Making web sites easy to use goes further than just colour and fonts; we work hard to make sure our content is easy-to-read and easy-to-navigate, taking into consideration customers who use a variety of assisted technologies. Access keys

We have chosen not to install access keys in this site for the reason that it may conflict with personal access keys you may have set up on your computer. We hope you’ll find our site easy to navigate.

Text size and colour

To increase the text size or change font colours:

  • Internet Explorer > View > Text size
  • Firefox > Preferences > Content > Fonts & Colours
  • Safari > Preferences > Appearance
  • Opera > Preferences > Web Pages > Normal Font
  • Google Chrome > Tools > Options > Under the Hood > By web content, change fonts and languages
  • Alternatively hold CTRL (Mac users press Command) and the press the plus or minus sign to increase or decrease the text accordingly.

If you are viewing the flash version of the site you should navigate to the HTML version to increase the font size.

Clear history

To clear your history:

  • Internet Explorer > Tools > Delete browsing history
  • Firefox: Tools > Clear private data
  • Safari > History > Clear history
  • Opera > Tools > History > Delete
