How much money will go to Comic Relief if I buy a jar of Seriously Good sauce?
Comic Relief receives at least 10p from the sale of every jar of sauce. Gordon Ramsay doesn’t get a penny from the sauces – but he’s happy with that.

The money raised by Seriously Good will be donated to Comic Relief. They will then use it to transform lives in the UK and across some of the world’s poorest countries.
Just some of the ways Comic Relief cash has made a difference in Africa includes educating people about HIV and AIDS, teaching women to read, immunising children and helping people rebuild their communities after conflict.
Across the UK, examples include supporting older people in their fight to get their rights recognised, offering counselling and fun activities to give young carers a much needed break, and providing escape routes for women living with domestic violence.
Comic Relief actually works all year round to create a just world free from poverty.
As well as organising two major fundraising campaigns (Red Nose Day and Sport Relief), the charity is devoted to supporting people living unimaginably tough lives across the UK, Africa and the world’s poorest countries.
It works tirelessly to help people in desperate need overcome poverty and discrimination. That’s a full-time job, 365 days a year, which is exactly why Seriously Good sauces are making it easy for shoppers to support Comic Relief throughout the entire year too.
Gordon was inspired by a visit he made in 2002 to a Comic Relief-funded project in Tanzania that cares for street children.
Gordon was incredibly touched by the children he met and decided he wanted to use his profile to help Comic Relief for 365 days of the year.
After this trip he started to cook up the idea for Seriously Good.
Greencore Grocery produces the sauces under licence from Brand Relief Ltd, a subsidiary of Comic Relief.
All elements of the packaging are recyclable, including jars, caps, cardboard tray and shrink-wrap. Recycle rates will depend on local collections around homes and supermarkets.
Seriously Good sauces are available at selected retailers in the UK, including Sainsbury's, Tesco, The co-operative and Asda.
At the moment, Seriously Good sauces are only available in the United Kingdom.
The jar should be returned to the store it was bought from for a refund.
Before opening, store your jars of Seriously Good sauce in a cool, dry place.
We do not recommend using any product that is past its best before date, which can be found on the lid of the jar.
Once opened and refrigerated, Seriously Good sauces last up to three days – but always remember to consume by the best before end date, which you can find on the lid of the jar.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your Seriously Good sauce, please write with details to Greencore Grocery, stating which sauce you bought, the best before date, and when and where you purchased the sauce.

All the sauces in the Seriously Good range are cooked using a slow authentic cooking process, and are therefore safe to use straight from the jar. However, Chef Ramsay recommends that you heat them up first to fully enjoy their rich flavours.
