Tomatoes (51%), Tomato Purée (28%), Mascarpone Full Fat Soft Cheese (5%), Lemon Juice from Concentrate, White Wine Vinegar, Mushrooms (2%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1.5%), Dried Porcini Mushrooms (1.5%), Garlic Purée, Spirit Vinegar, Cornflour, Demerara Sugar, Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese (1%), Sea Salt, Chestnut Mushrooms (0.5%), Parsley.
Parmesan
Our Parmesan is the real deal. It comes from the Italian provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia and Modena, and is aged for at least 12 months.
Porcinis
Porcini mushrooms may be expensive, but we’re happy to foot the bill to create a sauce packed full of their nutty and slightly meaty flavour.
Mascarpone
To add a rich, creamy thickness to this sauce, we’ve sourced a mascarpone that Gordon describes as “heavenly”. High praise from the big fella.
