Sun Dried Tomato

Tiny pieces of delicious sun-dried tomato give our Bolognese sauce a rich colour and flavour and scrumptious slow-cooked texture.

Red Wine

We use red wine made from the plump, ruby-coloured Montepulciano grapes. Grown in Italy’s Abruzzo region, it produces a wine full of flavour and richness.
